Terms of Service for ScrapDataPro Chrome Extensions

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using any ScrapDataPro Chrome Extension operated by ScrapDataPro

Your access to and use of any Extension is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use any ScrapDataPro Chrome Extension

By accessing or using the Extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the Extension

1. Description of Service

ScrapDataPro Chrome Extensions are browser-based tools designed to assist users in extracting publicly available data from supported websites for personal, analytical, or business purposes. Each Extension functions by automating browser interactions and collecting data displayed within your browser

Important Note: All ScrapDataPro Extensions operate locally within your Chrome browser. ScrapDataPro does not store, collect, or transmit any scraped data on its servers. All data processing and storage occur on your local machine

2. User Obligations and Compliance

By using any Extension, you represent and warrant that

  • Compliance with Third-Party Terms: It is your responsibility to review and comply with each website terms before using the Extension on that platform. Any legal risks, account bans, suspensions, restrictions, or enforcement actions taken by third-party websites because of your scraping activities are your responsibility. ScrapDataPro assumes no liability for misuse or non-compliance
  • Legal and Ethical Use: You agree to use the Extension only for lawful and ethical purposes. You acknowledge that you are responsible for ensuring your activities comply with applicable laws, privacy regulations, and platform restrictions
  • User Responsibility for Consequences: You accept that any legal consequences, account penalties, rate-limits, IP blocks, platform bans, or contractual violations arising from your usage of the Extension are entirely your responsibility. ScrapDataPro does not provide legal advice and is not responsible for your actions or their outcomes
  • No Resale or Redistribution: You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Extension without written permission
  • Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for verifying the accuracy and relevance of any scraped data. ScrapDataPro does not guarantee correctness or completeness

3. Payment and Subscription via PayPal

  • Payment Processing: All payments, subscriptions, and one-time purchases for the Extension are securely processed through PayPal. ScrapDataPro does not handle, store, or process your financial information. All billing details are managed directly by PayPal
  • Refunds: Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases are considered final. Refunds are not generally offered unless required by law. For exceptional cases, you may contact support for review but approval is not guaranteed
  • Subscription Renewals: If your purchase includes a subscription plan, PayPal will automatically renew it at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel directly through PayPal. You are responsible for managing your PayPal subscription settings

4. Intellectual Property

The Extension and all of its original content, features, and functionality remain the exclusive property of ScrapDataPro and its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Extension is provided on an AS IS and AS AVAILABLE basis. ScrapDataPro makes no warranties regarding performance, accuracy, reliability, or compliance with third-party website rules

You acknowledge and agree that you use the Extension at your sole risk. ScrapDataPro is not responsible for any account bans, legal issues, policy violations, or platform restrictions resulting from your usage

6. Limitation of Liability

ScrapDataPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including platform bans, legal penalties, lost accounts, lost profits, lost data, or enforcement actions taken by third parties as a result of your scraping activities or non-compliance with rules

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ScrapDataPro from any claims, damages, penalties, legal fees, losses, or liabilities arising from your use of the Extension including violations of third-party policies or laws

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Extension at any time for misuse, policy violations, or other reasons at our sole discretion

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Your Jurisdiction without regard to conflicts of law principles

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Extension after updates indicates acceptance of the new Terms
